John Gallegos
The course of John Gallegos’ career has consistently been defined by his appetite to build, his passion to innovate, and his creative entrepreneurial vision for where and how the American marketplace is evolving.
As Founder and CEO of the privately-owned UNITED COLLECTIVE, John has created a modern marketing organization that’s attuned to the complexity of today’s industry landscape and audience. He has built a collection of companies that address these marketplace realities effectively, working independently and in an integrated way to deliver exponential growth for clients. This highly regarded, award-winning Collective includes the creative advertising solutions agency GALLEGOS United, the digitally centered creative agency CANVAS United, and the public relations, influencer marketing and experiential agency ROX United.
In addition to the breadth of client service offerings his marketing communications companies provide, John launched the full-service production and content studio, Oak Leaf Productions, as well as the marketplace consultancy, POLY. Oak Leaf Productions provides creative production and content solutions, along with publishing and entertainment capabilities. POLY provides insights and data analytics to unlock new growth and help companies recalibrate their marketplace strategies in a rapidly changing U.S. population. John’s portfolio of marketing companies is rounded out by United-X, an offering in service of clients’ increasing need for integrated media buying solutions that can effectively reach diverse U.S. consumers across fragmented communications channels.
As a serial entrepreneur, John’s interests stretch well beyond his marketing businesses. He is the co-founder and majority owner of the fast-growing beer and spirits company South Norte Brands. Made in Southern California, South Norte brings the inspiration and craft of authentic Mexican flavor profiles to its line of premium ready-to-drink tequila canned cocktails and beers. John is also the owner of AIM Sports Group, a world-class sports enterprise venture. AIM Sports Group owns and operates a state-of-the-art event and training facility in Seal Beach, CA, and is developing multiple brand extensions including proprietary sports, e-sports, gaming, and media assets.
Andrew Delbridge
A veteran in the marketing industry, Andrew’s experience includes decades of crafting imaginative marketplace strategies for global brands like Audi, Toyota, GNC, Abbott Laboratories, Sony, and Nationwide Insurance as well as repositioning and relaunching NASDAQ and Travelocity.
Prior to his role at United Collective, Andrew served as Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at McKinney. Andrew also led two of the most progressive and highly-awarded marketing & consulting agencies in Australia and New Zealand, including Publicis Communication NZ and Mojo Partners, as chief executive officer and managing partner. In addition, he has served as Chair to both the 4As Strategy Group. Suffice to say, there are very few categories Andrew hasn’t worked across, from start-ups to global icons, and everything in between. His work has been recognized by some of the most notable marketing industry awards, including 35 Effie (Marketing Effectiveness) Awards.
Mike Leber
Mike has been able to bring his broad experience to companies, assisting owners and executive teams with profit improvement, establishing strategic and operating plans, systems analyses & implementation, and much more.
Mike has broad experience on both the firm and the client side. He began his career in Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, Occidental Petroleum and Unilever with roles in accounting and finance rising to senior leadership within a brief period. Moving into middle market companies, Mike took on executive positions leading finance and operations in the professional services industry. He led finance and operations for twenty years at Alcone Marketing Group (Omnicom) as well as holding CFO roles at several privately owned companies. Throughout Mike’s career he has held leadership roles with responsibility for revenues ranging from $5 million to over $1 billion. He is also a partner at CSuite Financial Partners.
Jennifer Mull
Serving as Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer manages company operations, marketing and communications; as well as business development. Prior to her role at the firm, Jennifer led brand stewardship firm growth at David&Goliath for 4-years. She also held roles at DDB, Young & Rubicam and McCann Erickson where she led several high caliber accounts and supported new business efforts.
Throughout her 20-year career, Jennifer has also managed and led strategy for a number of iconic brands, including for Beats by Dr. Dre, Coca-Cola, VIZIO, Carl’s Jr, Sony Electronics, Subway, Taco Bell and much more. While at Poly United she has been instrumental in bringing a more diversified portfolio of brands and opportunities into the firm with the expertise to bridge general and multicultural markets.
